Client Account Manager/Sales

Remote - Minneapolis, MN

In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening client partnerships by providing technology solutions that drive business success. Through strategic advisement, you will help clients maintain secure, high-performance operations while identifying opportunities for growth. You will achieve this by understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. A key component of this role includes accurate sales forecasting to ensure strategic planning and business growth.

Client Relationship Building and Advocacy

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Act as a dedicated advocate for clients within the company, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Partner with clients through recurring business reviews to strategically align solutions with their evolving needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Provide proactive guidance, anticipating client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Go beyond product selling by offering strategic advice and recommendations that benefit the client's overall business and growth.

Solution Selling and Value Delivery

  • Present solutions in a consultative manner, emphasizing how they address client needs and provide tangible value.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support, advocating for the client throughout the process.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by offering additional solutions and services that align with their evolving needs. These solutions will enhance Uptime, Performance, Integration, and Security, ensuring clients remain protected, efficient, and operational at all times.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates and seeking feedback.
  • Actively listen to client concerns and address them promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., presales engineering, sales ops and support) to ensure client concerns are addressed efficiently and in a cohesive and client-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with Consultant in POD when scope of work is complex and larger-scale projects exceeding $30K in proposed value.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts based on pipeline activity in Autotask. Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and forecast accuracy to sales management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in Autotask.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts for management review.
  • Attend and contribute to the weekly sales forecast meetings.

Industry Knowledge & Professional Growth

  • Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements (HIPAA, cybersecurity), and emerging technologies that impact dental practices.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to strengthen advisory skills and provide the highest level of expertise to clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-year of customer service experience
  • Minimum 1-year of Client Advocate or Sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Displays outstanding customer service skills and professionalism
  • Displays excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and on a team

Salary Range: Commission + Annual Base Pay ($50,000.00 - $55,000.00)
