Dixie Flag and Banner Company is a family-owned and operated business that has been proudly producing and installing flags, banners, flagpoles, signage & decor for 65 years. We are looking for a punctual and dependable individual to work in our custom department as an inside sales associate selling high-quality custom flags and banners. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage orders start to finish, from the development of the original design concept to ensuring the customer is happy with the final product they receive

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on products and services

• Actively seek out customers and opportunities

• Remain knowledgeable on products and services

• Meet and/or exceed individual and team sales goals

• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort and ensure customer satisfaction

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

• Establish, develop, and maintain strong and productive business and customer relationships

• Answer phone, email, and walk-in customer inquiries

• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

• Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications and Experience

General knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices

• Computer competent with moderate understanding of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, emailing, electronic file management

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Details and Compensation

• Full-time position with regular office hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm) with opportunity for Saturday overtime hours

• Starting at $15+ hourly wage based on qualifications and experience.
