  • The ability to manage multiple matters with minimal supervision
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • A genuine desire to help people through sensitive legal processes

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Required Skills and Software Proficiency:

  • Comfort working with databases and multiple software platforms
  • Ability and willingness to learn systems like LawMatics and MyCase

Assessment Requirement:

Attention to detail is one of our firm’s core values. As part of our hiring process, top candidates will be asked to complete a skills-based assessment through TestDome. This evaluates skills such as attention to detail, critical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving, etc.—skills that are critical to success in this role. The assessment is not legal in nature but is required for all serious candidates. A score of 50% or better must be achieved to qualify for an interview. This is a proctored test with an estimated completion time of one hour.

Working Hours and Location:

  • Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with an hour lunch
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required as our caseload ebbs and flows
  • This is a full-time, salaried, in-office position in New Braunfels

Benefits:

  • Health insurance
  • Simple IRA with employer matching
  • Generous paid time off
  • A supportive, collaborative team environment

Important Notes Before You Apply:

  • We are looking for positive, proactive team players only.
  • If you are frequently disorganized, easily distracted, or struggle with deadlines, this is not the right position for you.
  • Spelling and grammar matter—your resume should reflect your professionalism. If your resume contains spelling, grammar, and/or punctuation errors, you will not be invited to take the skills assessment.

If you’re THE ONE we’re looking for, we can’t wait to hear from you!
